GIANT DIOON (DIOON SPINULOSUM)

Gum palm is a cycad native to Mexico. It has shiny stiff light green leaves that are upright in structure. Care with the spiny protrusions on the leaf edge. It prefers well drained soils and regular watering. A shaded location will produce best growth and leaf colour, however it does adapt to full sun.
